Provision of an Organisational Development (OD) Essentials Programme

The East Midlands Leadership Academy (EMLA) aims to source a provider or providers that will design, develop and deliver an organisational development (OD) programme for staff working in the fields of HR, leadership, workforce development, learning and development, education, service improvement or change management. The programme will support people in doing formal OD work as well as bringing in OD thinking and approaches to existing professional capabilities i.e. clinical practice or leadership practice. The programme will incorporate a blend of theory, practice and application ensuring that learning is applied to real OD challenges and issues to build individual and organisational confidence and capability in OD practice The requirement is for one cohort of 20- 25 people. A further cohort may be considered if demand is excessive (2 max).
