## Description

A call off contract via a further competition carried out on the EN DPS Agreement for Compliance Works by EN:Procure on behalf of LHP\. The works include air source heat pump and systems installations to properties owned and managed by the Employer within Boston and Southern Lincolnshire area LHP intends to appoint up to 3 contractors to complete these works and the contractors will be distributed works at the sole discretion of LHP\. Indicative volumes to be shared amongst the successful contractors is provided in Appendix 6, albeit no volume, workflow or value is guaranteed\.
