GB-London: BTA1141- Destination Britain China and North East Asia 2019 - Event Management

In November 2019 VisitBritain is hosting around 75 top tour operators from China, Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea specially selected by its team in market. These guests will take part in VisitBritain's annual industry event, Destination Britain China from 25 - 28 November 2019, where they will meet and do business with around 75 British and Irish tourism suppliers and destinations. The event consists of an industry briefing, a welcome reception, a two-day workshop and a networking gala dinner.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
