East Suffolk Council \('the Council', 'ESC'\) is looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced company to carry out the refurbishment and associated works to a residential property at Healey Close, Lowestoft\. The project is to carry out refurbishment and reconfiguration as well as the removal of the existing and construction of a new rear extension to this 3 bedroom residential property in North Lowestoft\. Upon completion, the property will comprise of 7 bedrooms including a ground floor accessible bedroom and ensuite wet room\.
