Asbestos Ceiling Tile Removal

South Tees Site Company (STSC) wish to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced provider to carry out the removal of asbestos insulating board (amosite & chrysotile) ceiling tiles from the Runtech Garage (also known as P4 Pellet Plant Workshop & Offices) - Redcar Site.

The service will comprise of the following elements: • De-installation of asbestos insulating board (amosite & chrysotile) ceiling tiles, from: o 3 rooms on the ground floor o 6 locations on the 1st floor • Notification of the work to the HSE • Independent four stage clearance testing of the locations • Waste disposal via a licenced waste carrier to a licenced hazardous waste facility
