The tender requirement is for a contract for the provision of Adult Education Budget programmes, outside of the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) region, for the 2022/2023 academic year. The contract will be a fixed term contract starting no later than the end of February 2023 with a completion date of 31st July 2023 with a spend value of up to £200k.
