Invitation to Tender for STRAY DOGS COLLECTION AND KENNELLING SERVICES This tender is for the purposes of appointing a contractor to carry out the stray dog service to the residents of Surrey Heath Borough Council. Such service is to be operated 24 hours a day 365 days each year.
