Maidstone Borough Council \('the Council'\) is seeking to procure consultancy services for the preparation of technical studies to support the preparation of a new Gypsy, Traveller and Travelling Showpeople Development Plan Document \(DPD\)\. Specifically, the studies comprise a Sustainability Appraisal \(SA\) incorporating Strategic Environmental Assessment \(SEA\) and a standalone Habitats Regulations Assessment \(HRA\)\.
