Framework development for action on health inequities in primary care

To create development support for general practices who are recorded as serving the highest quintile of IMD communities as measured by Public Health England. The University of Sheffield (UoS) was approached to develop a proposal having worked with Health Education England previously in developing a previous practice support offer.
