Structural works for the Smirthwaite Houses and Woodland Avenue Roofing Scheme. To carry out Structural works prior to the start of the Roofing Programme, to include Underpinning works to 2 properties, rebuild steps and supporting wall to 8 properties, carry out cavity wall tie replacement and pointing to 5 properties. To include the supply of all materials, tools, equipment, labour, plant & machinery, preliminaries, overhead, and making good to all areas as required, and all costs associated to carry out these works as per the schedule, drawings and documents available on the Portal
