## Description

This document specifies the approach to deliver one of the Project Delta Actions: "Introduce an annual audit of SVD detection rates for each motorway that utilises SVD to ensure they continue to operate above the detection rate threshold\." We are focusing the first annual audit on the M20 J3-5 SVD scheme\.
