## Description

It is anticipated that the project will include construction of 75 residential units comprising of a mix of one bed flats and two and three bed homes with associated external infrastructure and public landscaping\. Design work, to RIBA Stage 3 is currently underway\. Submission of the application to Local Authority Planning is anticipated in January 2019\.
