GB-Leeds: PE2022/23-669 Building Maintenance Services At It's Off-Site Properties

Description

The University of Leeds is looking to appoint a Contractor to provide high quality Building Maintenance Services to it's Off-Site Properties. The Scope of Services, covering Building Fabric and Building Services, will include Planned Preventive Maintenance, Reactive / Remedial Repairs, Planned (Small) Project Work and an Emergency Call Out Service. The University of Leeds will award the contract as a single Lot: CONTRACT LENGTH:2+2+2. The contract will be initially awarded for 2 years with the option to extend for up to four further years subject to satisfactory performance. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
