In its operational portfolio, Delt offers proficient human resources solutions such as HR, Payroll and Pensions that cater to the needs of over 7500 users and generate an extensive output of 90,000 payslips per annum. Additionally, Delt also remotely manages these services for 28 different organisations. The primary drivers of our customer base are public and third sector organisations that require complex terms and conditions to be implemented for service delivery. This includes system set-up, regulations, and user interaction. \r \r • Delivers a comprehensive web-based HR/Payroll solution utilising self-service and incorporating integration across a range of HR and Payroll activities to manage the entire employee lifecycle including: \r • \r o HR \r o Payroll \r o Pensions\r o Expenses \r o Workforce management \r o Talent management \r o Recruitment \r o On and Off Boarding \r o Workforce data analytics \r o Statutory compliance and reporting \r \r • Provide a highly accurate payroll and pension covering full cycle payroll processing. \r • Undertake all elements of payroll and pension service management for Delt and its customers. \r • Can respond quickly to customer demands for professional qualified advice/guidance/implementation of change and bespoke data reporting and analytics.\r • Embrace automation and best practice to deliver operating efficiencies, creating capacity for growth, and value adding activities.\r \r The tender is to provide the system that the service will use.
