Provision of Flexible Mains Gas and Electricity Contracts

The contracting authority wishes to establish a framework agreement for the supply of flexible contracts (Mains Gas, & Electricity) for use by UK contracting authorities (as defined in Article 1(9) of Directive 2004/18/EC and implemented by Regulation 3 of The Public contracts Regulations 2006) or its agent(s).

The Energy Consortium (TEC) is seeking to create a framework agreement with a single provider for each Lot.
