## Description

The contracting authority wishes to establish a framework agreement for the supply of flexible contracts \(Mains Gas, & Electricity\) for use by UK contracting authorities \(as defined in Article 1\(9\) of Directive 2004/18/EC and implemented by Regulation 3 of The Public contracts Regulations 2006\) or its agent\(s\)\. The Energy Consortium \(TEC\) is seeking to create a framework agreement with a single provider for each Lot\.
