The College of Engineering and Physical Sciences \(EPS\) at Aston university is creating a III-V semiconductor fabrication facility\. At this time, we are seeking a single supplier to provide a mask aligning photolithography system to pattern photoresists on semiconductors, dielectrics and metals\.
