Self-directed learning is a key component of our drive to become a learning organisation where individuals accept responsibility for their own learning. In order to support this and recognise the need to make available quality learning resources that support "just-in-time" learning, it is essential that our Learning Management System has quality learning content available to both managers and individuals to support personal development.

Although not exclusively for managers the learning resources need to support the continuous development of our managers and leaders following delivery of our leadership programmes.

We recognise that a significant population for this learning is our leaders and managers, however we also require learning resources that enable just in time development.
