## Description

A mini competition was run through UKSBS framework for the provision of evaluation of RM Partners 2019/20 Transformation Fund Project\. RM Partners aims to secure a single evaluator to work on behalf of them in producing a single evaluation report which will be supported by more local evaluations of individual interventions\.
