## Description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea requires a Building Surveyor to undertake a full structural survey of all the concrete slabs within the basement areas to fully understand the condition of the structure, the severity of the degradation, to confirm if the slabs are safe for vehicle movement, and to provide recommendations and estimated costs for the required remedial works\.
