## Description

Torbay Council is seeking a consultant to undertake an independent review and future options appraisal of Torbay's youth offer, incorporating the young carers service\. It is expected that the review will analyse the current youth offer, universal, commissioned services and community assets that are in place across the system in order to deliver a coherent and flexible youth offer for our children and young people and make recommendations on options for commissioning provision\.
