Description
The Innovation Centre Medway first opened in 2010. It comprises of 3 floors and has 55 tenant offices with a large reception and café area and 4 meeting rooms. The 2nd Floor was originally one large open plan floor space but was compartmentalised into 11 offices of various sizes over the years. It also has a ladies, gents and communal toilet and a communal kitchen. There is also a separate data room which houses the switches for the floor which has its own standalone Denco air conditioning unit installed a few years ago which is working fine. The Mitsubishi air conditioning solution has had various parts replaced over the years and the BC box sits within a tenant office which ideally should be moved into the data room. Previously this was a cleaner's room but as part of the previous office restructure and new walls being erected the air conditioning unit was not moved. This presents an ideal opportunity to address this and move it. Mitsubishi have done multiple parts upgrades, and the existing Mitsubishi air conditioning solution now suffers with new part compatibility issues. It is envisaged that this solution can bring the solution up to date whilst looking to retain the core pipework/ducting (assuming that is not leaking). The current solution is not working at all and despite numerous attempts over quite a few months we have failed to get it properly operational. As such it is vitally important that this implementation can happen swiftly.
