## Description

The City of Wolverhampton Council \(the council\) is inviting quotation submissions from responsible and suitable operators to trade fast food, ice cream, and soft drinks \(including bottled water\) only at designated locations across the City\. The council reserves the right to permit other refreshment traders on or adjacent to the sites during events or other special occasions\. Term of Concession The concession with be for 1 year from 29th March 2024 to 31st March 2025 With the option to extend subject to management agreement for a further 2 x 12-month periods\. 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027 Additional information: Please apply via www\.wolverhamptontenders\.com \(you must be registered, registration is free\)\.
