Cleaning Services (Estates and Blocks)

Wandsworth Borough Council is initiating a procurement for the provision of cleaning services. The Council has split the contract into two (2) Lots: LOT 1 - Western and Central Estates and Blocks and LOT 2 - Southern and Eastern Estates and Blocks. The Contract will be for a period of 8 years (96 months) with the option of extensions for a period or periods of up to a further 8 years (96 months) at the Council's absolute discretion. The estimated value for both lots is £5,816,185 per annum.
