## Description

Wandsworth Borough Council is initiating a procurement for the provision of cleaning services\. The Council has split the contract into two \(2\) Lots: LOT 1 - Western and Central Estates and Blocks and LOT 2 - Southern and Eastern Estates and Blocks\. The Contract will be for a period of 8 years \(96 months\) with the option of extensions for a period or periods of up to a further 8 years \(96 months\) at the Council's absolute discretion\. The estimated value for both lots is £5,816,185 per annum\.
