Work description

. the appointed Supplier will deliver a number of services to the standard required by the Authority, including: Continuity for the current e-PIMS platform; geospatial enterprise technology currently underpins part of the e-PIMS platform; Office of Government Property (OGP) geospatial modelling capability; advanced analytical software to cover current departmental and programme analyticals, including core spatial analysis, spatial and geo statistical techniques, network and 3D analysis; OGP visualisation and sharing of programme analysis in web maps; user licences and technology for Cabinet Office members to create, publish and share departmental and programme geospatial information between teams and stakeholders, including data storage and data and user management in a secure environment; Technical support for the implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of the geospatial technology provided; Support of backward compatibility for OGP user analysis, data management and the ePIMs line of business solution for work continuity within the department; Data security of any cloud-based data storage (at rest or in transit) and visualisation; Provision of maintenance and support of the infrastructure services and software licences for all elements; Management and action of daily monitoring, service interventions, hardware / system updates, along with daily back-up provision for hosted data and information that has been created by the Authority; Flexibility for access to platform elements to allow for analytical teams to grow within the Cabinet Office over the term of agreement.
