## Description

The London Waste and Recycling Board \(LWARB\) is seeking to procure consultancy services to provide technical assistance to LWARB in developing a full application to the European Regional Development Fund \(ERDF\) for a circular economy SME support service\. This full application builds on a successful outline bid previously submitted\. The deadline for the ERDF application is 1st July 2016 so will require the successful service provider to engage quickly to achieve this date\.
