## Description

The University of Warwick has a requirement to purchase application support for the Cloud-based ServiceNow application\. The successful supplier will be a Global, Preferred or Master Solutions ServiceNow partner and an authorised ServiceNow License reseller\. The requirement includes: -The provision of a dedicated ServiceNow specialist on-site for 2 days per week -Remote Support / Managed Service in respect of systems monitoring and maintenance during core hours only \(9am to 5:30pm UK time, excluding Public Holidays\)\. -Ad hoc support for Annual upgrades and development work\.
