## Description

A multi-user system is required that handles hundreds of trip requests per day and manage the information through the whole trip life-cycle from eligibility assessments, booking through scheduling, contract management, delivery, monitoring, reporting and invoice processing\. The system will be used as a management and optimisation system\.
