Beyond Housing requires a contractor to undertake the demolition of two garage sites at The Croft and Beech Walk in the Scarborough area.. Beyond Housing invites quotations in accordance with the Invitation to Quote documentation. The standard terms and conditions of Beyond Housing together with Special Conditions (if any) will apply. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
