## Description

SCDC is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide an integrated contract for responsive and void repairs, heating servicing & maintenance, cyclical and planned works to the Council Housing Stock\. The contract is for an initial term of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 5 years \(up to 15 years in total\)\. Estimated contract values reflect the minimum term of 5 years \(core works only\) up to the maximum term of 15 years \(core works and optional additional works\)\.
