The Council and its wholly owned subsidiary Alive West Norfolk, together wish to procure a partner to deliver all aspects of the annual Grand East Anglia Run \(GEAR\) and Mini GEAR races\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
