GB-Sheffield: Interim Economic Evaluation of the Enterprise Capital Fund (ECF) Programme

This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is for the appointment to supply economic evaluation services to the British Business Bank. The requirement is for a programme evaluation of the Enterprise Capital Fund Programme (ECF) programme, incorporating full economic cost benefit analysis, supported by a survey of recipient SME businesses, that have received funding from venture capital funds supported by the programme, possible data matching of portfolio companies to administrative databases and in-depth interviews with a range of stakeholders including fund managers.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
