Sewell Street Development Project Works

HHT Development Ltd has awarded a contract for the development of land. The Sewell Street development project includes the construction of 33 new build flats (16 x 1 bed, 17 x 2 bed) for affordable rent.

This was a below threshold procurement based on the Negotiated Procedure without Prior Publication.
