Single Adults Supported Housing Community Recovery Service Lewisham Council is inviting submissions for the Tender of a Community Recovery accommodation based service supporting single adults with support needs in Lewisham. This will be a service providing supported accommodation for male and female adults with support needs ranging from low to medium / high. The service will sit within the London Borough of Lewisham (LBL) single adults supported housing Pathway. The successful tenderer must commit to entering into Management Agreements with existing landlord for the buildings which are based in Lewisham
