GB-Watford: Riverside Road Construction

Watford Borough council is seeking to appoint an experienced contractor for works at Riverside Road Watford.

Demolition of existing garages, vegetation and site clearance, lowering and diversion of services in order to create new accesses to the site and construction of five houses and associated external works.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
