Services Description & Requirements

The Refugee Employability Project (REP) will be providing laptops and headsets to clients who do not otherwise have access to this. We anticipate purchasing around 215 units of each item, with a budget of 48,000GBP.

Tech Specification Laptop Brand: Flexible, preferably Chromebook or Ideapad Price: 130-200GBP Specifications: Minimum 64GB storage, Microsoft 365 package included

Headset Brand: Preferably Lenovo Price: 20-40GBP Specifications: Wired, USB, with microphone

Additional Requirements • Dedicated account manager • Shipment in batches • Ability to send items to multiple addresses, within a single purchase order • Pay by invoice (30 day term)
