whg is seeking to appoint one company to provide full service marketing support including creative development, consultancy, branding, event support and production of multi-channel collateral Additional information: The tender exercise is being run through the Due North Pro Contract software on The Housing Procurement Portal ("The Portal"). No submissions will be accepted outside of this environment unless, due to a technical issue with The Portal, whg's Louise Green (procurement@whgrp.co.uk) is advised prior to the closing time. This tender exercise is being carried out under the "Restricted Procedure" which consists of a two-stage process, a pre-qualification stage followed by a tendering stage.
