## Description

Two year contract for the continued provision of the Outcomes and Registries Clinical Application \(ORCA\)\. The ORP enables: • Integration of fragmented registries and outcome datasets\. • Collection of patient-reported outcomes and experience measures\. • Real-time clinical insights to improve patient safety and reduce variation\. • Infrastructure to support research, innovation, procurement, and MedTech development\. A transitional contract is critical to maintain momentum while discovery and design work for the strategic solution is completed\.
