Description
Islington Council is seeking to procure minor construction works for a programme of shop front improvements in the Finsbury Park town centre area of north London. Islington Council is seeking to appoint an experienced works partner to deliver the physical improvements for 20 weeks from June 2016 to November 2016. Minor construction works projects are required to realise the detailed designs set out in this tender package. In addition, it is anticipated that additional shop front improvement works will be instructed as part of the contract. Where appropriate, costs will be agreed with the contractor in line the pricing of similar items in the tender submission. Previous experience providing similar works and coordinating for a wide range of clients and trading partners is essential. Ensuring minimum disruption to the participating traders and residents of the Finsbury Park area while undertaking the works is also a priority.
