## Description

As part of Norfolk County Councils Norfolk Tree Planting and Resilience Strategy, the Council are committed to planting 1 million trees in Norfolk by April 2025\. The Council wish to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System with three distinct lots, the purchase of tree stock, contractors to carry out planting and aftercare activities, and the provision of sundries such as tree guards\. Additional information: As this is a DPS the value will be determined by need\. We are constrained by these forms so have had to input a minimum value
