GB-Colchester: Redevelopment of Priory Street Car Park

Colchester Borough Council is seeking to redevelop Priory Street car park. The Council intends that by 2017, Priory Street Car Park will be Colchester’s premier town centre car park and is intending to regenerate the car park from its current poor condition to become one of Colchester’s popular car parks through a new creative and innovative design.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
