Purpose of this Quotation

To provide a fixed fee to deliver the professional services outlined below in order to carry out a feasibility review.

Consultant Team Required

Within the consultant team, the Architect will act as lead consultant and appoint the subconsultants necessary to support the services required. These will likely be consultants in cost management, sustainability as well as planning and heritage. Bidding teams are expected to suggest additional consultants that could support the project, all subconsultants fees are to be included within the total fixed fee amount.
