Phoenix Centre Internal Reconfiguration

The works comprise the re-configuration of internal non-loadbearing partition walls, electrical services, minor alterations to mechanical services, finishes including new carpets, suspended ceilings and re-decoration to convert the ground floor area at Phoenix Centre to a more open plan office space for use by the Integrated Neighbourhood Team.
