DN College Group - Single Tenancy

DN Colleges Group requires a partner to provide a turnkey solution for the project outlined below. The role of DN Colleges Group staff will be limited to providing information in project workshops. All the work to deliver the project will be provided by the partner, or their sub-contractors. The two existing "Microsoft 365" infrastructures (Doncaster College and North Lindsey College) need to be disestablished in their entirety and a single new Microsoft 365 system (DN Colleges Group) be created to serve both colleges within the group with the work to be completed between Easter and the end of July 2021.

In scope (not exhaustive list): 1. Creating cloud accounts in the new tenant 2. Migrating all O365 resources and services to new tenant including Sharepoint, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, Sway, Flows, Stream 3. Remove domains from current tenants and update Public DNS + add to destination tenant 4. Rename onmicrosoft.com accounts to be able to use correct DNColleges.ac.uk suffix. 5. Configure Azure Active Directory Connect with cloud only accounts.
