G4_1_TVBC_003 - Winchester Road, Andover - Footway Works

A call-off from the Generation 4-ONE 2020 - 2024 Civil Engineering, Highways and Transportation Collaborative Framework (Awarded April 2020).

The works consist of kerb replacement, footway reconstruction, footway widening and reconstruction, removal of existing fencing and vegetation clearance including hedging and trees.

These works are being undertaken to provide a widened footway on the west side of Winchester Road, Andover, between its junctions with Croft Avenue and Humberstone Road for the purposes of facilitating pedestrian movement and improving safety, making walking more attractive and improve accessibility for pedestrians.
