## Description

Wigan Council would like to appoint a Consultant to undertake a small development sites study \(site size threshold are sites that contain less than c50 units\)\. The scope for this small development sites study is to undertake a high level appraisals of the existing Council landbank of sites that are not currently identified for development purposes in terms of their suitability for future housing development\.
