## Description

The West England Forest District team sustainably manages the 37,500 ha of public forest estate in the west and south-west of England\. The district extends from the Shropshire Hills southwards to the majestic oak and beech woodlands of north Wiltshire and westwards to the exposed moorland Forests of Devon and Cornwall as well as the sheltered ancient woodlands in the West Country valleys\. This contract will provide felling and extraction for two beats; East Dean and West Dean & Herefordshire and will also include emergency tree clearance work\. There may be the opportunity for additional work elsewhere in West England Forest District
