Erewash Borough Council is undertaking a soft market testing exercise to seek the views of external organisations on the reuse or redevelopment potential of the building/site of the former Box Office in Long Eaton\. The Council wishes to gain insight into the commercial options available for this site\. The soft market test questionnaire can be found by logging into the Council's e-procurement system and expressing interest\. Completed questionnaires should then be returned to procurement@erewash\.gov\.uk by 2pm on 10th January 2022\. Please note, this is NOT an invitation to tender\.
