TENDER FOR THE MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR FAIRFIELDS ARTS CENTRE

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council ('the Council') is seeking the installation of mechanical and electrical engineering services for the Fairfields Arts Centre, Basingstoke. The requirement is to upgrade the heating & hot water mechanical services installation, in accordance with the design specification & drawings provided by RIDGE. The building comprises of ground and first floor levels. The ground floor consists of an office area, café, kitchen, theatre, gallery, classrooms and meeting rooms. The first floor consists of a privately owned and independent dwelling

Additional information: The Council is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers.
